The K-1 fiancé visa allows US citizens to bring their Peruvian fiancé to the United States for marriage. As a US citizen in Florida, you file an I-129F petition with USCIS. After approval, your fiancé attends an interview at the US Embassy in Peru. Upon visa issuance and arrival in the US, you must marry within 90 days, then file for adjustment of status to permanent residence.
