Spouse Visa from Argentina

Helping Florida families bring loved ones from Argentina to the United States through the spouse visa process. Our Miami office provides experienced guidance from petition filing through arrival.

Spouse Visa for Argentine Nationals

The spouse visa (CR-1 or IR-1) allows US citizens and permanent residents to bring their Argentine spouse to the United States as a permanent resident. The process begins with filing an I-130 petition with USCIS. After approval, your spouse attends an immigrant visa interview at the US Embassy in Argentina. Upon visa issuance, your spouse enters the US as a lawful permanent resident.
